How about automatically categorizing software titles and giving them relative threat levels in the inventory. I doubt anyone is going to manually go through all of their programs to assign these, but if software could at least go into the K1000 database with a default rating from an external source and give me the option to change it I think that would be a benefit. More custom view options would also be appreciated. -

I need help. My company installed this program on my computer and now they can spy on my desktop whenever they want. How can I modify or change a setting on my end that prevents anyone from seeing, or maybe shows them a mock page or something... I can't delete the program because they'll know... Can I set an alert or something that tells me WHEN someone just started watching my computer? Any advice??? -

What program are you referring to? The K1000 is a locally hosted management solution you completely control as an administrator. Are you saying that you don't want your administrator to monitor your system? -

Yes that is correct. It's already installed and the Administrator can monitor my system, but I want to change a setting on my end that does not allow them to do that. -
