How add ship date (dell field in computer inventory) to computer asset or map this field ?

I don't think there is a method to do this in the KBOX itself. You could add a ship date field to the Computer asset type and then conceivably create a rule in the service desk that would populate the field for you, however. Do you have MySQL experience or someone on your team that does?
