Adding a location tag for certain Helpdesk Queues
Has anyone tried to setup something automatic that when the ticket is submitted, the submitter's location is automatically placed in the email title?
I'm trying to make things easier to sort, so when someone requests a piece of equipment or requests for a new user setup, that location is already in the title and the appropriate tech is notified and can take action?

If you have the user location defined, for example as a field in the User record, then you will need to create a ticket rule to concatenate the location value to the title. If when you do that you also add in some set text for example “Location -“ then you can set the rule to run when that set text is not in the title, so it only runs once.
