After 6.2 to 6.3 server upgrade, adding Work to helpdesk ticket causing Category field to expand (see screenshot)
basically the title says it all. Once you click the "Work" tab and add work, the category field expands to show everything. Super weird. See attach screenshots

We have seen it also. It is very frustrating. The KACE KB has this logged as K1SD-3316. I did not see anything when it would be addressed. - harold.scott 9 years ago
