KACE Product Support : after creating the Netboot environment i want to set it as a default boot environment in general settings when i want to select it it doesn't appear what can be the problem?

after creating the Netboot environment i want to set it as a default boot environment in general settings when i want to select it it doesn't appear what can be the problem?

is anything that miss? help please
