Agent on Windows 7
I've gotten the KBOX Agent to install on Windows 7, but it has not yet reported status to the server. Are there any additional packages that need to be installed?

Are other agents on other platforms checking in? If so, you need to check the configuration on the agent on Windows 7.
Is the KBOX's web name in DNS? If not, that could be the problem.

Yes, all other agents are reporting properly, and, yes, the name is in DNS.

The current Trial KBOX does not support Windows 7. It will be updated later this year to add support.

Sorry we haven't updated this thread; we've supported Win7 on the Trial since November.
