Automatically update submitter when ticket is send in as mail
Hello fellow K1000 users,
I have a question about people who are sending in tickets by mail. Now I want it to automatically fill in the person who sent it through mail, so that I don't have to fill that in.
If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd be most happy.

This should be automatic if the user has an account in your KACE system. I have LDAP integration and whenever a user sends an email with a ticket the submitter automatically gets populated. If you have manual entered users you might need to update their info with a username and/or email if not already in there.
