Can a user respond to an email

is it possible for a user to respond to the email they are sent, with comments that then get appended to the KACE Ticket. Some systems (e.g. Zendesk) allow the user to add comments above the line which then get appended back into the ticket.

Simple answer:
Yes. This is the default behaviour.


But in addition you can fully manage the helpdesk using emails.
The admin guide shows you many ways how to handle that, it is slightly too much for a comment here.
