Can I auto-populate fields after entering data in main field?
1. Currently we have to type in the “Requested by” field? I would like to be able to select the email from a list populated from AD (just like the “CC List:”) and once selected, the “Location” and “Club Number” (if applicable) will auto-populate.

You can set the custom field type to User and it will pull from the user table like the CC list field or submitter. You can then use a rule to set the other fields based on that custom field. In these cases I will normally set the default values for the fields that will be set to "Set on Save" and then the rule checks for tickets that have that value in those fields and updates accordingly.
For instance, this rule finds tickets with CUSTOM_FIELD_VALUE10 is "Set on Save", this is the location field in our queue #2:

The update query looks like this:

The rule is set to run on save. Also, keep in mind that the number values for custom fields start at 0 in the database, so custom field #1 in the UI is CUSTOM_FIELD_VALUE0 in the database.

I forgot to mention, the update statement I posted sets the location based on the submitter, you would want to change that to ID = CUSTOM_FIELD_VALUE# where # is the custom field you are using. - chucksteel 8 years ago
