Can i have the list of field names under table 'HD_ARCHIVE_TICKET'
i have no means (sql developer) to access my KACE database. this info will help me to manipulate reports i am trying to create

I could give you the list, but nope, being honest it will be best for you if you could get access to the Database, you do not need to worry about damages, if you are planning to read values, and learn How a particular table is composed.
I suggest you try to follow this KB article:

You could also use a lightweight SQL software such as Heidi SQL, we used that one, pretty easy to setup and it works fine with the K1 DB.
