Creating Reports
Would these reports be difficult to create in Kace?
I need reports that show the following.
Average ticket age by queue/category and by person.
Tickets older than 2 days by category and by person.
Average service request age by category and by person.
Service requests older than 5 days by category and by person.
Total tickets entered each week/month by category
Total tickets closed by category and by person.

Honestly these reports are very easy to do with the SQL. Give it a shot and post your results. We'll help if you get stuck.
I don't think any of those reports would be extremely difficult to make. Most of them could probably be created using the report creation wizard. Have you tried to create them and had difficulty?
The total tickets reports are something that you should be able to create using the wizard. As far as the reports that involve calculations (AVGERAGES), this may be something you will have to create a SQL report yourself to get it working the way you would like.
