K1000 Custom Inventory Rule works in one Org but not the other

I have a custom Inventory rule setup to upload the contents on a text file for reporting. This rule works well in Org 2 but not in my default org. The file gets created when I run a vbs. Part of my script is a task to upload the output file and that also works so I know the file is getting created. I'm on agent 5.4.100622 and server 5.4 SP1. Has anyone come across anything like it?

Chances are you are affected by a bug in 5.4 with custom inventory rules. You probably have a rule that has improper syntax somewhere in that org and it's causing the others to fail.

Sorry the picture did not post very clear so here's the inventory command I'm running.
ShellCommandTextReturn(cmd /c type c:\kbox\network_drives.txt)
Are you suggesting that ShellCommandTextReturn rule is not working and others are in default org?
