Custom Inventory Rule based on ModifyDate

Hello,

I need to create a custom inventory rule and seem to be having some issues. Can someone tell me if this looks correct?

FileInfoEquals (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\test.txt,ModifiedDate,10/03/2013)

  • you can first use FileInfoReturn to check the format of the value. - SMal.tmcc 11 years ago
  • Nice, We both have bender Avatars. I tried that and am not sure where the information outputs to. I did just find another way around it. I used a PS script to get the MD5 of the file and then used FileExistsWithMD5(C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Test.txt,D41E215093353B2258926917CE454B50) - bender6681 11 years ago
  • The output of the FileInfoReturn should be listed as a Custom Inventory item.
Which you can treat as any other Application installed on the computer. - nseery 10 years ago
