Well, the desired result would have to filter tickets using two sets of fields on multiple conditions, as shown in the picture.
Therefore, all tickets from Location A, B and C but in the same time having only a certain owners, let's say A , B and C. I cannot accomplish this or i don't know how
Ticket with support would be dead in the track in the management structure and i'm a woman of initiative

When I add a 2nd group it is indented like the 1st grp in your screenshot. Could be you are on an older or newer version of the sma. Could be just an anomaly as I do see a larger space between the rows.
I would remove the 2nd grp, see what you get and take it from there, reversing and testing as needed.
I also dont know what "it does not work" means. Wrong data? No data? Error message?
Dead in the track in the management? I dont know what that means.. However, this would be a very simply screenshare session with kace support, you'd be done in 20 min. - barchetta 2 years ago-
You were correct. Rebuilding the Custom view from scratch fixed it. Thanks a lot <3
But i also replaced all "begin with" condition with equal sign, wasn't lazy this time, plus, i put the "Owner" conditions in a separate group.
"Not working" meant that it was showing tickets from either one group or another, depending how i placed them. Obviously i did not do something right or the Custom view rebuilding from scratch fixed it, since this view is years old.
I have no idea how to close this thread now, or maybe an admin will close it later... - Empousa 2 years ago
