KACE Product Support

New to KACE as well as a lot of the technology used here.  We have a K1000 and K2000. I did search but did not quite follow some of the posts I found with references to Active Setup, MSI's, I think some are deleting items as part of K1000/software package rollouts, etc.  Not sure I need these.

I'm looking to use USMT to transfer over profiles as part of a WinXP to Windows 7 upgrade.  I'd like to bring the desktop icons/files over except one or two.  Not sure the best means to handle this but I'm thinking a K2000 post installation task to remove the files from the copied USMT profile would do the trick.  The file would be a shortcut called timeentry or sometimes timeentry.bat.
