Dell Precision 3520 issues with KBE and Win 7 install. Not working.

i have a issue with a specific Model from Dell. It is the Dell Precision 3520. I did build a new KBE with the latest Drivers. (KBE_driver_pack_pe10)
All other Models which we have in use are just Fine. (Precision 3510, Latitude E7470, Latitude 7480 etc.)
I can boot from the created KBE without any issue. The network Settings are fine i can get to the screen where i can choose the scripted installations.
I did a check if also the Hard Drive of the device is beeing recognized correctly. (Diskpart is showing a disk see screenshot)

The first few tasks after the start of the scripted installation for Windows 7 are just fine. When i am getting to the Install OS Task i get prompted with a error message which is the following:
windows cannot locate the disk and partition specified in the unattend answer file's setting. Make sure the setting references a valid partition and restart the installation.
So the installation on Windows 7 fails.
If i choose a Windows 10 Image from my Scripted installations the Installation is going fine.
That machine does need a Windows 7 image so it is not helpful for me to install Windows 10 on it.
Any advice how i can handle this?
