Devices w/o the KACE Agent Installed?
We have a GPO but sometimes its not catching every device. How are you making sure every device that should have the KACE agent installed, actually has it installed? Are you using the discovery feature in KACE?

Best practices is to deploy with your deployment solution (for instance KACE SDA as post install task)
You can also create a GPO (there is a GPO builder for that which makes sure you have it installed) which verifies it correctly.
Please be aware that the GPO builder checks if the installer location is avaiable and stops if it finds it.
Please also be aware that with 14 the location changed since the Agent is now a 64Bit agent and no 32Bit anymore.
This means, if you have an old GPO the GPO and the auto updater in the appliance play ping-pong (the SMA updates and uninstalls the 32Bit agent and installs the 64Bit agent, and the GPO installs on the next run the 32Bit one)
