Do you have to have the KACE agent installed to use the ticketing portion of KACE?
Our company was just acquired and they want to use KACE for it's ticketing abilities. I will have to move KACE to their domain. But their Team Lead wanted to know if users could use the ticketing portion without deploying the agent to new users.

The Agent is not required to be installed if just using the service desk ticketing system.
With the Agent installed you can deploy software, patch devices. run scripts and many other tasks.
If you do have the Agent installed, in the ticketing system you can associate that device with a ticket.
