Does anyone have a html template for flashing alerts (ie. Exchange Server is currently offline) that can be use on the Kace Help Desk User Portal?

Not sure exactly what you mean by flashing alert but the html tage if you want it flashing (blink) is <blink> Exhcange Server is currently offline<\blink>
You can enter that anywhere in the user portal. You can also sent an Alert out from the Reporting module and the Alert tab as well.

Thanks, but the "blink" only works on Firefox, is there a tage that works in IE - agardner 12 years ago
There's nothing that I'm aware of currently that will do that when you log into the admin or user portals, but 5.4 will introduce some customizations using jQuery, so it might be possible then.
