Driver updates on kace2000 for new models

Whenever you get a new model into your environment do you have to update the drives on kace 2000? if so where do I do this? I haven't been able to get any 64bit things up since I've gotten my new laptops since the drivers are missing.

you need to run a driver harvest on a machine when it has been booted up. This saves them drivers to the network and when a machine is being imaged, auto picks up from there.

    • Yes, we download the driver harvest utility to the local machine. Then we launch the driver feed builder and it basically is a next , next, finish which then upload the drivers to the network share setup for all machines that have been harvested.
