Email Ticket
When in a Kace support center Work Order or Ticket is there a possible way to >Choose Action>E-Mail Work Order . Is it possible to have a dropdown where the Email Address: is located?

That's not an option in the appliance, so KACE Professional Services would have to do that for you.
