K1000: Error deploying patches
I'm trying to deploy patches and receive this error: Skipping '*** Windows Agent Security Patch ***' because not allowed to execute logged off
I looked for a check box to allow the patch to install while the user is logged in and I have a script that runs to reboot the workstation, but no error on the reboot script. Below is the debug output. if anyone has suggestions, I appreciate them.

Did you e-mail support yet? - petelanglois 11 years ago

It looks like you're trying to install patches using a script, is that the case? - chucksteel 11 years ago

I have not emailed support, as they have always directed me to use ITNinja first. The only script I have is a reboot script that runs 30 minutes prior to the patching. Patching is done via the Patch Management and I do not have any custom scripts running for patches. - paul.rising 11 years ago

What Windows patch is this? Is there a user logged in when this happens?
If not, does it install if there is?

They are Windows patches. I'm using a smartlabel to identify critical security patches. I am not aware of a user being logged in. This workstation is at a branch location, users do have a tendency to lock their workstations, which is why i run the reboot script 30 minutes prior to running patch managment. - paul.rising 11 years ago
