Error when trying to add remote site on K2000

Hey everyone.  I'm working on getting my K2000 remote site connected to the appliance, but receive this error:

An error occurred while trying to contact the Remote Site Appliance for configuration. The remote appliance is already configured as a remote site for this or another K2000. Each Remote Site Appliance can only be configured to synchronize to a single K2000.

If you receiving this message while trying to reconfigure a remote site after removing its configuration from this K2000, you will need to log into the Remote Site Appliance and remove the association with this K2000 by using the Remote Site Settingspage in the Control Panel.

Please check your configuration and try again.

When it asked for a license key for the RSA, I entered in the key for my K2000.  I'm not sure if that caused this issue or not.  They linked together just fine.  I did rename the RSA the same as the old one after the file transfer from the old device.  However, I did delete the links of the old one before adding the new one. Has anyone run into this issue?

I have the answer to this question now.  After contacting support, they gave me the answer to this.

In your new RSA, go to Settings->Remote Site Settings.  Inside there, click on Clear Configuration.  That will clear any information from the old RSA, and you can add the new RSA server.
