Errormessage on preboot kdetectefi.exe is no win32 application
Hi there,
Can someone tell me about this errormessage, which shows up out of nothing.
We set up a new remotesite and think it might be a network issue.

Hi, if this is a new RSA, I would start from here: https://support.quest.com/kace-systems-deployment-appliance/kb/4315017/network-ports-needed-for-the-kace-systems-deployment-appliance-sda
If that is covered and the issue persists, does the same Kace Boot Environment (KBE) works fine from the SDA or other RSA?
>If Yes = You can focus on the RSA, review the requirements: https://support.quest.com/technical-documents/kace-systems-deployment-appliance/9.2%20common%20documents/technical-specifications-for-virtual-appliances or re-deploy it
>If No= The KBE may be broken, you can re-build the KBE using this guide: https://support.quest.com/kace-systems-deployment-appliance/kb/4321348/how-to-create-a-kbe-for-windows-10-11
