Exchange 2010 setup instructions to relay e-mail to the service desk?

I am trying to setup Exchange to relay messages to my K1box so we can create tickets via e-mail.

I followed most of the steps at http://blog.foreignkid.net/2011/03/how-to-setup-mail-correctly-on-kace-service-desk/.  However I have been informed that the relay instructions (shown below) are for Exchange 2003 and the steps for Exchange 2010 are different.

Does anyone have the setup instructions for the steps below?

Thanks

One last item that could be a step you need to do, would be to allow your Exchange server to relay messages:
- head on over to your System Manager in Exchange, and go to Servers –> YourServer –> Protocols –> SMTP –> YourSMTPVirtualServer.
- Right click on the SMTP server, and select “Properties”, then click on the “Access” tab.
- Now select “Relay…” under the “Relay Restrictions” section.
- Choose “Only the list below”, then add your KBOX address in the list.
- Click Ok,Ok.

Since the SMTP server is not configured to use authentication, you will need to allow Anonymous users to connect to the Exchange Server to allow it to receive email from the K1000.

This is done by clicking on the Default Receive Connector to open the properties and selecting the Permissions Group tab. Here you can check the option “Anonymous users”

You will need to define a Send Connector to route emails to the K1000 by using a smart host. The address should be the FQDN of the K1000.

Define a Mail Contact in Exchange so that users can email the K1000 helpdesk. Set the email address for this Mail Contact to be the email address of the helpdesk queue.
