Hi All

I have two request to customize Queues in dell Kace 1000 to get more benefit.

First, I want to put mask on field to enforce the user to put specific data in field  

Like putting IP.

I need the mask like this (192.168.000.000), and the user must fill the last two parts of the IP.

Secondly, I want to create automatic title using drop down lists when user create ticket, because I went standardize title and can’t user change it.

For example I have two drop down lists

1-Branch

2-Department

The title will be automatically contain Branch and Department when user choice what is the branch and Department.
