Connection issues when selecting free wifi hotspots
I'm having an issue with my laptop getting connected at places with free wifi. At certain places, ie-Barnes and Noble, I am able to connect via their free wifi service. However, I am unable to connect at other places, ie-public libraries. My laptop is able to see the wifi signal emitted from the public library though I'm still unable to connect. look at step 19 and 23 of our pdf, that is usually what messes with the connections on free wifi.
