Global Search no longer working as before

Hello,

Last night we upgraded our server to version 11.1.263, we have noticed that we are no longer able to quickly search the Global Search for tickets.  We used to be able to type in tick###### and it would take us directly to the ticket number instantly.  If we do that now, it states that it cannot find the ticket.  If we use just the ticket number or TICK:######, it takes approximately 60 seconds to search for the ticket itself.  We do have a work around, but it is not optimal.  Is there a fix for the Global Search, as we rely heavily on it.

I am going to suggest that Support will tell you to upgrade to v12 and see if it is resolved

I strongly discourage use of global search, as it's rather intense on the database (which affects all users, not just you); I'd really recommend using in-module search for optimal performance.
