Having issues with a few patches NOTPATCHED and SUCCESS (102)
We are having issues with some patches not appear to apply correctly. They are getting a NOTPATCHED Detect Status and a SUCCESS (102) Deploy Status. I reset the patch tries and allowed KACE to patch again but having the same issue. The computers are rebooted during the patch process.
I also notice the patches have (Disabled) Listed in the title but the patch is still active. I attached a screen shot if one of the patches I am having issues with.

Is there something else I can check on why this patch is having issues?

It most likely means the patch has succeeded but requires a reboot. Since the patch rebooted the machine, have you tried manually forcing an inventory update on one of these machine to see if it changes the deploy status?
