Note:  This is a per user pinning on an existing machines

  • Might be possible with GPO preferences?
    Or possibly make a script that writes the setting to all local userprofiles on that system aswell as the default profile. - Ifan 12 years ago
    • If this is a new deployment put the pinnings in your sysprep file
