How count licenses per core in KACE SMA? *NEED HELP*
Hello All!
I have licenses registered per unit in kace sma. However, in practice, they are per-core licenses. This means that the linking of licenses and devices is being done one by one and, in fact, they should be discounted by the number of cores of each device. So in the report I don't have the correct number of licenses in use, because the report considers licenses per unit and not per core.
How could I solve this problem?
An alternative was to create a script to bring the cores of each device in numerical format, so that in a SQL report I can perform the sum of the number of cores and decrease the number of registered licenses.
But I confess that this is a difficult path to tread and we don't know if it will be effective.
Does anyone have a suggestion on how we can resolve this?
