I need to users to administrators group on KACE device how do i do it??

I'm not sure I fully understand your question, but the KACE agent will have been installed with Admin rights, so will be able to do anything remotely that you need.
If you are asking how do I grant someone admin rights in the KACE console, then that is done via Roles in the SMA, you will need to grant the user account the Admin role or a role with the correct rights
