How do I delete an enrolled device from my vK3000?

is there a way to delete an enrolled device? the first couple of devices i added, i unthinkingly put in my OWN credentials while enrolling someone else's ipad and iphone. so those two devices show MY e-mail address, and not his...

An account with Admin rights on the K3 can select the device in inventory and delete it (click the device to edit or view details, Delete Device button at the top of that screen).

Hmmmm I'm logged in as an admin, verified by going directly to the groups edit, and also looked while logged in as konfig... I'm just not seeing a delete button at all....

  • You might be running an older revision. On 1.0.7 there is a big red Delete device button to the right of the Back to devices button. - mpace 11 years ago
