He is probably asking about Windows, but just in case:
For Mac: sudo /Library/Application Support/Dell/KACE/runkbot 2 0
For RHEL/SUSE: su root -c "/opt/dell/kace/bin/runkbot 2 0"
For Ubuntu: sudo /opt/dell/kace/bin/runkbot 2 0 - jknox 11 years ago -

When I force the update I got this error...
KInventory Error: InventoryData AddItem : sqlite2_connection[]: SQL logic error or missing database - CarlosV 11 years ago-
I would check your amp.conf and verify the host is correct. A simple way would be to reinstall the agent. Deleting %allusersprofile%\dell\kace after removing the software. - dugullett 11 years ago

You can also run this to manually set the host in a command prompt from the client:
cd c:\program files\dell\kace
amptools host=your_host_name - jknox 11 years ago

I think you would avoid the conf issue if you single machine provision the PC's agent install from your k1000 vs manually installing it. - worzie 11 years ago
