KACE Product Support

My K3000 does not show the location map.  When I select a device and then click on the "Location" tab it shows a white window with a red flag in the map window.  Below the map window it shows the date and general location.  Eventually in the map window everything is just pink and no map displays.  An icon does show that looks like a torn page.  It does this in IE as well as Firefox.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this working?
