How do you make an offline kscript run at every check-in?
I have the check-in and script run interval both for 1 day.
I want the script to run at every check-in, and it is too complex to use in a custom inventory rule.
It seems like the script will not run after a couple of times.
And I don't want to set a schedule, I just want the script to run at every check-in.

There's not really a way to have it run at every check-in. You can have it run once at the next checkin, but that just runs it, well, once and the "next" checkin is based off of the modified date of the script (I believe). The only option currently is to set a schedule.

If it's an offline script, you can have it run at a specified time once a day. That's probably about as close as you are going to get currently.
