Hello folks, just got my kace1000 four months ago and turned them active yesterday ... so here we go first topic

facts

I have a machine here, got the agent deployed 100+ days ago, but in inventory APM shows offline/last seen 90 days ago, so it seems the agent stopped working, which is fact cause the user is still using this guy daily.

Then I have another machine, agent also deployed 100+ days ago, but I disposed this client and did not removed it from inventary , voila also 90 days not seen active

Question: how to identify, without my above knowlege, which machines are dead/not reporting versus which machines are disposed ?
