I am getting a javascript error when trying to copy some images in IE8

In all seriousness- You could try updating Java, but in reality it's a code issue on the site itself typically. Developers often can't/won't spend time for every release of browser- so most of the time the easier solution is to have an alternate browser at the ready.
could be IE 8 is too old for the java code and does not understand the commands where a newer version or different brower will.
