I recently updated the K1000 to 5.4.76849. CC list has stopped working when I submit trouble tickets in the service desk.
The current verision of the K1000 is 5.4.76849. When I add a new email address to the CC list in the service desk queue, it changes the delimiter from a comma to a semi-colon then anyone who is CC on that category does not receive emails. I have other categories that are working fine. An example of a working one would be: tech1@domain.edu, tech2@domain.edu, tech3@domain.edu .
If I would edit it to remove tech3 and add tech4 it would automatically change to look like this when I save it:
tech1@domain.edu; tech2@domain.edu; tech4@domain.edu . Then the emails would stop. Any suggestions would be great.
