i want to deploy a notepad on my customer desktop with some text on it could anybody help how to generate a script.
I usually install updates on my cx pc
i want to provide them all the predefined details saved on a notepad how to do that

Does the customer have an active directory and Group Policy? if so, Create the txt document using notepad and save it to a network share.
Using GPO you can tell the network to copy this file to as many clients as you wish and even remove or change the text at any time.
Could you not use the 'Notify: Initial Message' to give the users the details instead.
You can run a script to add a file to the users desktop, but not sure how you would get it to open automatically on there computer without dropping the file to the startup menu. - chris.poston 7 years ago
