Inserting a jpeg into Service Desk-E Mail Configuration

Hi There,

I'm a total newb at all of this and need a little help. I'm working with the Service Desk>E Mail Configuration>Configuration Service Desk Queue E mail Settings and I would like to put our Company Logo into the ticket created from e mail. I see the icon to do the insert, but my icon is a jpeg or a tiff and not a web address. Is there a way to browse out to the location file saved on my computer?

Could someone guide me in the right direction?

Figured out my answer to my own question. I just went to the company website, found the logo, than right clicked-copy image address.
