Installation kace 6.3 on Ubuntu Linaro
Hi,
I have troubleshooting to install kace agent on a hp thin client which running Linux version 3.8.13-hp (root@ubuntu) (gcc version 4.6.3 (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.6.3-1ubuntu5) ) #4 SMP Sat Jul 12 02:35:11 PDT 20.
i have this message during the installation :
konea: no process found
AMPWatchDog: no process found
AMPAgent: no process found
might be the Linux distribution??
Any idea?

Problem solved,
I have to start manually AMPAgent with IP of KACE server.

There's not much to the Linux install. Port 22 has to be open between the K1000 and the client. SSH has to be enabled and you have to have credentials that can access through SSH.
Past that, I'd suggest posting the full provisioning log here and/or opening a ticket with KACE support.
