KACE Product Support

Go to Reporting -> Reports -> Choose  Action -> New (Wizard). You can select the information you want to receive and narrow it down to specific machines.

I dont know why KACE doesnt create templates for the most obvious type of reports mgmt may want. I am looking for a similar report that shows a device and patching history with dates. There is a "category" selection in the wizard then a "topic" selection that both seem to give you different options when you change them.

Category = Patching ?

Topic = Device ?

This seems like the intuitive selection to make you're looking for patches on a device but then none of the options give what I need.
