Ios device Inventory
I'm trying to add Ipads to inventory through On premises gateway.
This is an error we getting in system Errors:

and in K1000.log
[2015-10-23 16:08:47 -0700] KBOX [info] Rejecting inventory submission with blank kuid.
Any advice how to fix it ? Any help will be great. Thanks in advance.

What version KBox are you running and what is your "On Premise Gateway"? - Hobbsy 9 years ago

Our K1100 runs on version: 6.4.119927 and Dell On Premises Gateway runs version 2.3-0-release - maxw 9 years ago
