Is it possible to format the ticket print option
Currently when you select the print option from a ticket (regardless of the Q) you get a generic printout. Is it possible to format this, unique for that Q.

this is becoming a show stopper. The print option produces 4 pages of almost unreadable information. There must be a way. I have added it to KACE user voice

Nope there is no way to format what printing a ticket looks like, if you would like to see this why not try adding it at kace.uservoice.com as an idea
