Is it possible to Hook up a 3TB External HD to the K2000 server for extra space or does it have to be a NAS

We have a K2000 box but need extra space. I know we can tether to a nas or virtual storage but just wondering if we can hookup a 3TB external HD to it instead.

I do not think this is possible directly, however, I am guessing that you could setup that drive as a share if you hooked it up through Windows Storage Server.  Check out the currently supported configurations here:
