Is there a way in case to track userprofile base applications?
I have an application that you can install on all machine and it will not take up a licnese but once the users click on the applications and runs its that when it counts against the license

You can create a custom software inventory item based on the exe or some other file and it will create an inventory of who has the program. If you need to see it in the running state you can also query the running process's for the program.
