Is there a way to install a printer and its driver to many computers using KACE?
We recieved all new Ricoh printers and majority of our users connect to the Ricoh to print. Right now we have to go around to every computer and remove the printer and driver through print management and restart and re-add the new printer and driver. We have KACE K1000 management appliance, is there a way KACE can install the printer and driver?

All current recordings are accessible at www.kace.com/support/training/kke/archive.
A newer version of this may be available at the archive above.

Print Servers are definitely the easier road but it can be done with local IP printers as well. You have to script the creation of the port (12 unique reg entries), bounce the spooler service, and connect the printer using the new driver though. Same concept more steps
If i remember correctly the KKE's Jknox posted go over how to do the local IP printers as well
Example of all the port shenanigans

posted a screenshot of all the port configuration i had to do in my original post.
After that I had a task 2 that verified the port existed and ran a batch file
