Is there a way to run Dell hardware diagnostics on a client system remotely from KACE?
I'm trying to determine a problem with a user's computer, and I'd like to run the diagnostics for her, but I don't want to put her out of commission while I do. Is there a way to make the K1000 appliance report diagnostic information on her laptop?

I think you would have to have the Dell diagnostics installed, but once you did, you can run command line instructions for it (page 28): ftp://ftp.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_electronics/esuprt_software/esuprt_svrblty_tools/dell-online-dignsts-v2.19_User%27s%20Guide_en-us.pdf
I think that should be doable in a combination of a managed/scripted install for the software and a machine action to run the commands.
Also, look through the OpenManage tools, there might be a better option there.
