Is there any training courses or certification courses for scripting?

We are very new to our K2000 and we have no experiencing scripting our installs for our post-install tasks.  We were informed that we should build them in the Managed Installs portion of the K1000 so it would be easier to test.  I know how to build a managed install but I'm not sure about the parameter portion.  Is there any training online that we can take?

Thanks!

Google is your friend ;o)

There are only three basic alternatives to creating Managed Installs msi, exe and zip file

Any command line that you can use for MSI or Exe can be gathered from here on IT Ninja or from the manufacturer. We can talk you through KACE best practice for creating managed installs for any of the above as per Jumpstart training. Just get in contact.

Software Tips at the top of this page contains a lot of the parameters for various pieces of hardware. Otherwise google is your friend. Sometimes you have to play with it and guess around until it works. VM environment helps a lot with that.
